Premiums:

Premium Rate: $250/hr. (Enhanced Amenities)

Half Day (4 Hours) $750

Full Day (8 Hours) $1,500

Private Parties:

Celebration Package $1500 (Up to 6 hrs., tables & Chairs, basic Lighting)

Premium Party Packages- $2,200 (Up to 8 hrs., setup/cleanup, basic AV)

Production Package - $1,800 (Daytime access, lighting & power)

Add On:

Sound AV: $150-$300

Additional Tables & Chairs:$3-$5
